Vettaiyadu Vellaiyadu - Post release

Post release response of the much awaited VV has been very positive. I think Kamal has come out with a decent hit after Thenali. The news is it is a big hit in big cities, Karela and overseas market. Don't know about the response in smaller towns. Need to wait for few more days to see the response. Here in U.S. the rates that have been quoted to the exhibitors are much higher than that of Rajini's movies. Probably due to the high markup for the movie and probably because the distributor might have paid a very high price.

Spoke to my friends back in India and they are very excited about the movie and they are raving about the introductory song (Karke Karke, music by Harris Jayaraj). I also liked the way the song was picturized.
